Irene's Massage is near the corner of Touhy and Harlem in an office building. I have been there many times for deep tissue massage. Sometimes I am too busy to go, but when my muscles are sore from exercise I feel like new the next day. I recommend Martha and Nina for deep tissue massage. Shower is available after if you have time. Easy to schedule, Irene even has a bowl with chocolate on your way out.
