As a new homeowner, feeling safe and secure with my fireplace was a priority. Luckily, I felt it was also a priority for the Ignite Chimney technicians and crew. I have been telling all of my friends and family how great they were-- answering my 100 questions, taking time to make sure I knew how to care for my chimney, and even suggesting ways to elevate its use in my home. Luca and Carlos were awesome. Throughout the process, Luca explained everything thoroughly, and on the day of the cleaning and repair, they were in and out quickly and efficiently. The fireplace looks brand new, and I'll definitely be calling again next year to get on a regular chimney cleaning schedule with Ignite!
