I finally decided to stop putting off having my tankless water heater serviced and found Hot Water 911 via a Google search. I'd called at least a half dozen plumbers and couldn't find anyone that would service a tankless model in my area. I called 911 on Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the following day. The technician arrived on time and actually wore shoe covers inside the house which was greatly appreciated. He was polite, professional and efficient. He cleaned and flushed the unit in under an hour. This is my 2nd very positive review of Hot Water 911. Had no hot water, and as they did a great job getting me my hot water back previously (referred by Glenbrook Plumbing, who are also great), I contacted them directly this time. Tyler was very thorough and explained everything in a way a layperson could understand. He seemed genuinely apologetic that he had to tell me that I needed an electrician to solve my particular problem, so I was still gonna have to wait a bit for hot water, then gave me advice on my next steps. My dog also chilled out around him, so I knew he was trustworthy. Would definitely tell people to use them.
