I recently faced an urgent issue with my water heater—it was leaking from the top into the drain pan and stopped functioning. Despite the unit being under warranty, I couldn't reach the original plumber after hours. This company is outstanding. From Bob in the parts department to Krista in scheduling to Mark who serviced our water heater, I have never interacted with a more knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious plumbing company. We have a tankless AO Smith water heater that can be really complicated to maintain, but Bob and Mark were on top of it, providing exceptional service at a tremendous value. By comparison, I paid $290 for parts and maintenance with Hot Water 911, whereas American Vintage Home was going to charge $1,600+ for the SAME service. Thank you Hot Water 911!
