Take a gander at the flagrantly unprofessional and ill-conceived novel this operation posted under this review, and many other reviews on Yelp from others who have also had unsavory experiences at this place. Basically: If you're looking to have a tattoo removed, just do yourself a solid and find somewhere else to have it removed - this place is laughable.

I highly recommend Hindsight Tattoo Removal. I had a piece removed at Hindsight several years ago and while I was very pleased with my experience then, this time was that much better. The staff was again very communicative throughout, from how long my wait time was to aftercare and how soon I could come back for a second treatment, if needed. And this was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The major difference was the laser itself. The laser has a built-in cooling system that chills the skin, DRASTICALLY reducing the pain that normally comes along with the removal process. It was an absolute night-and-day difference from my treatments in the past. And as always (I've had many tattoos done here) the staff is friendly and the place is spotless! A very strong 5 out of 5.

I've had two removal sessions for my forearm tattoos, and I am happy with how much lighter they already appear. Every step from scheduling an appt to having the removal done with the physician was quick and easy.
