Ive been coming here since I was 5yrs old im 33 now and Dr Herro has always been the best always polite helps other in need when necessary and always making sure you walk out happy and satisfied and also his staff as well are the best thank you guys !!! This place was good, the staff was okay. Dr Herro did his job. I never had a problem but if you are disrespectful they will not service you, plus they accept walk-ins daily. They don't accept appointmentsI never received a letter letting me know when my glasses or my children arrived. I understand the place is short-staffed. Nor a call

After visiting America's Best for a prescription and examination due to headaches and eye pain, I decided to come to this place as they properly diagnosed my stigmatism. Dr. Herro and his team were incredibly diligent, and I'm truly grateful for their efforts. The nice Dr's assistant in the exam area explained what a stigmatism is and everything. She explained it all! Thanks to them, I now have the correct prescription and a clear diagnosis. I wish I had come here initially, especially since I first came here as a child. Sometimes, lessons are learned through experience....still had to wait a little bit to pick them up ? ! Thank you Dr Herro ?
