Herb & Tao has been a desperately welcome space of healing, peace, and rhythm. I am grateful for the wholistic support in mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. My body loves the acupuncture treatments, my stomach and digestion love the nutritional support of herbs and recommended diet modifications, and my mind loves the support for sleep and anxiety. The energy and intention of this space is so intentionally positive and peaceful ☺️
My first experience with acupuncture was great. Ja’Nelle put me at ease.She explained things in a very understandable way.I am looking forward to my continued healing with Ja’Nelle help and knowledge.
My in person appointment was excellent. The space is calm and relaxing. I'm always nervous about needles as I'm very sensitive. Janelle put me at ease and I had a very good experience. I also brought my 14 yo for an appointment and Janelle identified some things we can monitor now before they become adult problem symptoms.Between the acupuncture session and a few supplements (including an allergy nasal spray I was thrilled to find one in the middle of allergy season!!) I am already seeing improvement in constipation and allergy symptoms. I prefer using the right natural solutions to endless drug therapy.
