We just had Dan do a major kitchen/home remodel which included removing a bearing wall. When we insisted on using an architect to design the beam and posts he agreed without complaint. Every detail of the plans were followed. He anticipates problems, includes details that you might not think of, and has a wealth of knowledge. He, his crew, and the subs are all top-notch. They show up on time, work steady, and clean up when they're done. His prices are fair because he doesn't leave things out when he bids. I would not hesitate to have DHB do another project for me and have recommended him to others.

Dan has completely remodeled two bathrooms, a playroom and done work on our kitchen. He even made one of the bathrooms handicap friendly, no easy job in a 100+ year old house! He does great work and doesn't take any short-cuts. When a subcontractor installed something improperly, Dan insisted that he do it over even though I wasn't knowledgeable enough to catch the problem. Not only is he a skilled craftsman, he also has a good eye for design. While he stuck to my design, he made some suggestions on details that I had overlooked and they gave the rooms a nice finished look. Whenever we need work done, we'll keep calling Dan because he's a gem!

How bout some reviews from someone who actually had work done? I have had three projects done through Dan. Most recently an emergency plumbing repair from frozen attic pipes. His renovations are stellar and is always on time. Once the job starts he will clean at the end of every visit so you don't have to step over any junk. He has done full rehabs in the Hancock and bathrooms down the street. I trust in Daniel Henry builders to bid accurately and get the job done right and on time.
