I've been coming here for a while for my balding and their product works! I can see fuller hair and new hair growing and staying. This last visit I had the pleasure of meeting Connor G. and he is by far the best I believe there. I've had other people for my hair treatment appointments and they do a good job, but Connor is who I will be seeing from now on. He said he had been trained by a professional with many years of experience and it definitely shows. He answered all my questions and gave some great advice.

There's no place like HCMW-CHICAGO on Michigan Ave!Under the direction of Ms. NIKKI along with her magnificent staff has truly been a life-altering experience for me! It's been a while since my last review but contrary to the negative reviews that have been posted in recent times, there's a lot to be clarified. HCMW has always maintained a very professional, up close and personal client-based environment. Always going the extra mile to please & assist current and potential clients with their specific needs. Services offered are expertly crafted and designed individually for its clients with the advantage of available financing to those who qualify. HCMW has been such an empowering journey for me for more than 5yrs. Its managed to restore so much more than just hair! I can't imagine ever going to or being anywhere else other than HCMW-CHICAGO!! I personally would love to thank for such outstanding support and love during this personal journey, a couple of really special and dear friends as follows: Nikki(Director),for having the most beautiful spirit and ability to maintain at such high standards of what she does every single day for 25 yrs. Antonia(My personal stylist), for the phenomenal skill and passion in which you deliver to each and every client you encounter. Jeanette(Asst.Mgr)for your warmth & kindness to all that you've had the pleasure of working to assist. Genisis(Receptionist) for all that you do to keeping us all in order on a day to day basis. Welcome new comer, Pedro to the HCMW family and all of the many stylists & experts who play such an amazing role and continue to be the "essential pieces" to people such as myself, who are and have been in search of that ultimate and lifelong experience. Heartfelt thank yous to all who are committed to being such phenoms to the Hair Restoration Industry!! Overall I've had a fantastic experience at the hair club. All of the staff, especially Scott, were extremely welcoming and considerate. We had a productive discussion around the causes of my hair loss and my goals moving forward. They were very transparent about each solution that was available to me and were ultimately very flexible when I was looking to switch from one to another. They were accommodating with pricing, too. Overall, great people who take pride in their work at the hair club and I am very satisfied with everything.
