I decided to look into more permanent hair removal options and decided on electrolysis. I met with Valeria for my first session. She explained the process and after care. The space itself is bright and clean. I've seen more than one technician and they've been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm not gonna lie, electrolysis isn't pain free and it's not a one and done procedure. I went once a month for approximately 7 months and now return occasionally for some areas that need attention. I've been really happy with my experience here and the results.“

“I went in for lip injections. First of all, these people are so on top of things, as soon as I sent in a request for information, I got a call immediately . I was connected to someone who gave me all the information I wanted help me book my appointment for the next day . I got there a little early but they accommodated me right away, I feel like I was in and out quickly which was really nice, there was like no waiting around. But it was still not so quick that I felt shuffled at all. I have never had a needle near my face in my life, and the gorgeous front desk girl, Shanon, and a man in the lobby who's name I didn't catch, were both so nice and made me feel so comfortable immediately upon arrival. Shanon in particular made my experience so easy and wonderful, I can't say enough nice things about her specifically , and also about this place in general. She was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and she gave me a whole tour of the place and she even gave me some insight on her own personal experiences. She made me feel so comfortable about my procedure knowing that it was my first time and I was a little nervous. The procedure itself was smooth as could be- The pain was next to nothing, and the nurse who did my injections was the other star of my experience- Nurse Natalie. She was so much fun, and so funny and so nice- she really made me feel comfortable while informing me about the risks and the procedure and all the aftercare. My only concern when I made this appointment was that lip injections wouldn't look good on my face, but I realize now that when the nurse is so good at what she does, she will know how to make the injections so that they come out making you look beautiful. That is nurse Natalie! I will send everyone there, and I advise reading this review to book your appointment because it's worth it. Also a big note on anyone looking for lip injections in particular- LaserAway is the only place I found where you can buy an entire syringe of product, and if you don't use it all in your appointment, they will save it for you to use in a few weeks. You can come back and use the rest of your filler that you paid for, so there is no waste of money and no pressure to use all the the product that was paid for. I think this is brilliant because then the nurse can use as much or as little product as necessary to make you look good without the patient feeling like their money is being wasted if they don't use all of the filler at once. If you're thinking of getting lip filler , get it done here! You won't regret it!“
