I came down to Lincoln Ave. to get a haircut at another salon but it was closed. I looked around and was happy to see another salon, Hair News, across the way. Got a quality haircut by the owner at a great price. I recommend this place for when you're looking for a friendly but no-nonsense experience. My hair looks great just in time for summer.

This is a no-frills place that I have been going since I was a wee lass. The owner is a no-nonsense type and very fast with her scissors.
Minus one star is for the tired decor that hopefully, will get a makeover.
