First of, it was my very first time here and the moment I entered the establishment, everyone made me feel welcomed! Robin was amazing and gentle with my facial (first time getting a facial) and explained everything that was happening, Zeena perfectly explained hair treatment options and look forward to working with her, and Kimberly was amazing, told her about a bad experience 2 years ago at a different salon and how nervous I was to go get a cut. Kimberly went above and beyond to make me comfortable, listened, and triple checked in with me before any additional cutting and I was very happy with my cut!
I hadn’t had my hair cut in years after a really bad experience left me nervous to try again. I finally decided it was time and booked with Kimberly—she was amazing! I shared my past experience with her, and she made sure to check in with me throughout the entire process. My hair feels so fresh and looks exactly how I hoped it would. The salon was welcoming and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I’d definitely recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens and cares. I just moved nearby, and I’m so glad to have found someone fabulous I can go to from now on!
Zeena was wonderful. Quite simply the friendliest ever. The entire staff was delightful! Can’t wait to visit in a few months for my next hair appointment!
