My husband and I went here for the first time and really enjoyed it. You start off with a brief scalp analysis with a microscopic cam to see how your follicles look. Don't expect a diagnosis (they aren't dermotologists) but they do provide a brochure of different scalp conditions to read about. You will then be brought to a room to change into a towel wrap. They start off massaging your scalp/head/neck and then go into washing your hair and scalp THOROUGHLY. It feels soooo clean. While your scalp and hair gets steamed, you get an arm, hand, and foot massage. They finish by reviewing your scalp (which showed a huge difference) and drying your hair.
Honestly I scared myself the night before by reading the bad reviews. But this place was wonderful. It was clean, the ladies were so nice and it was a really great experience! The scalp treatment and massages were amazing! They ask you to change out of your street shoes which keeps their place clean. They sit you down and check your scalp, showing you what your problem areas are, then you get walked to a room to change and lay on the table just like any normal massage place. My husband and I did the experience together and he also really enjoyed it!

Went with a friend for our first time at any sort of head spa. The staff were all very nice and the atmosphere was light and relaxing. I dont feel like the treatment did much for the long term care of my scalp but it sure looked cleaner under the camera. They took great care in making sure temperature and pressure were comfortable. After the treatment they even blow dryed our hair and styled it back to what it was before. I have bangs so this was a big deal to me that they made sure my bangs looked nice. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking something new!
