Such a great experience! Wow! I booked this appointment online a very long time ago and I kept having to reschedule online. I'm glad I was able to do that and not lose my 25$ deposit. This is a very convenient feature. The whole experience felt very warm and comforting. You walk in and you get checked in, you get some sandals and can get some water or tea in the front area. Someone comes and takes you to a salon like chair and shows you with the magnifying technology, the state of your hair. It is shocking and funny. After that I went back into the lobby and they called me in after a couple of minutes. My bed was ready. The head massage and shampoo felt amazing. I even got my shoulders and back massaged. It was amazing. When it was over and I was asked to sit up, I had to be careful because I was a little out of it. My hair smelled absolutely amazing! Please tip them generously!
I was very excited to try out my first head spa experience! I heard a a lot about H2O House and decided to treat myself one afternoon. I was able to get a same day appointment very easily. They have you put on house slippers when you get inside and sit you in front of the mirror first to look at your scalp under the camera. My scalp had a lot of dryness so they recommended I get the Hydration package. The experience felt great! I love having my head massaged and there was plenty of that! I easily could have fallen asleep. I was in a shared room with another client coming in during the second half of my treatment so it was a tad bit distracting when they were getting started. Afterwards, they looked at my scalp again and it was super clean! My only bummer part of the experience was how my hair looked afterwards as she didn't ask my how I wanted it styled. I usually dry it straight but she kept putting products in my hair to make it curly which looked a bit crazy when I left and I needed to restyle it when I got home. I would definitely go back to H2O House and was informed that they will be expanding soon to the open space next door providing more massage services as well.
I've been seeing the viral headspa on TikTok and had to check it out when I came to town. This place is great! They take 25$ for a deposit to confirm an appointment which is counted towards the session or tip. I opted for a hydration package which they recommend for first timers since it's a better clean of the scalp. When I got there, they had me change into slippers and I was taken to the back for an analysis of my scalp. The treatment itself is in private rooms and extremely relaxing. I had Rita who was very attentive and checked in often about the strength she was using. I thought the products she used smelled nice and were not overpowering. After the session, they blow dry your hair so they definitely spend more than an hour total on each customer. I'd definitely be back!
