Greg was very responsive, gave me an answer that was in line with what I was expecting the problem to be, came out next day to confirm and quote, and was the. able to fix it within days (which was fine, it wasn't an emergency). He patiently answered all my questions via email, within minutes of me sending them. My tenants were appreciative of his promptness and tidiness as well.

Highly recommend Greg and team at GMS. Easily identified and resolved a problem from the original home build, that many other contractors have looked at and not fully addressed. Fixed the siding and flashing around a sliding glass door that was causing water to get inside the garage.Took a while to nail down times for them to come scope out the project (I'm assuming they're quite busy), but the entire project was done very quickly thereafter. Completed the door as well a window that needed similar remedy in two half-days of work.

He later emailed me the quote and from there we agreed upon a date. He was prompt, efficient, courteous, and most importantly did fantastic work! I definitely would use him again.
