I’ve had clothes hemmed here before and was always treated kindly however today was not the case. I came in and needed a dress hemmed, I’ve gotten items hemmed here before and it’s always been around $25 dollars. I tried the dress on and the women just kept asking me how short I wanted it in inches.. I kept stating I can’t tell how short something should be inches wide based off no ruler or anything! I kept showing her how short I wanted the dress and was saying perhaps she could pin it to confirm it will be hemmed at the right length. 10/10 recommend Gen Cleaners! Brought in a denim skirt and cotton pants to be tailored and they did a wonderful job. No complaints, will definitely be my go-to place for alterations.
