I went here a few weeks ago and asked for braids in the front and box braids in the back. They did a very sloppy job. My braids in the front were fuzzy after 3days and one even ripped my hair out at the start of the braid due to too much tension! I asked while I was getting my hair done for them not to put tiny pieces of hair on my edge into braids and they did it anyway! The back was not box braids they parted any kind of way and braided many of them to my head like French braids. I called them a few days after I got it done to tell them my hair was messed up already and they were very nonchalant. Horrible service I paid $300 for my twist it makes 2 weeks tomorrow all my braids are out and my hair looks like it’s been up for 2 months she told me to come in so they can redo them I got there she told me I need an edge up I said ok....then told me she couldn’t do it because her hand hurt , told me to come next week I even offered to pay for the service after I already paid $300 smh also when I was getting my hair braided their were 2 ladies that was also complaining about their service I should of known then smh never again
