Could not recommend this company more! After our scheduled cleaning company cancelled on us last minute before we had guests in town, not only was fresh cleaning quick to respond and accommodate in a pinch but they could not have done a better and more thorough job. Already scheduled them to come again!

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this company. I had company coming in town and my place looked like it was caught in a whirlwind (& I don't even have kids) lol. My friend recommended Raven and she has been absolutely phenomenal. I've requested her twice now since then.

I submitted a Yelp request and then completed a scheduling appointment through the website. The owner reached out to clarify the number of bathrooms via email and responded to my answer within minutes. The scheduled day, there didn't show up and there was no communication. My credit card was charged that evening. I have responded to all emails asking for them to contact me to remedy the situation and have called multiple times with no response. They have taken close to $250 without providing any services and have not tried to make the situation right. UPDATE- After the one-star review was posted, I received multiple phone calls and emails to apologize. A refund was issued, so I'm changing the review from one star to three stars. Please note that I haven't used the service.
