I called Frelix Sewer and Drain when several things were going on. Frelix scheduled an appointment immediately. I was afraid it was going to be so much more wrong and that we would not be able to afford the visit. Frelix himself came, assessed the problem, saw things he did not expect at every turn. At the outside sewer he found a shift in the pipes but he was able to clear the problem , downstairs he thought he thought he just needed to rod it out ( to address the clogged sink) but it turned out that he could not get to the pipe to disconnect it because it was on the other side of the wall about 8 inches from the furnace. "He stated if " I can not get to it I will have to knock the wall out." He was determined to save the wall so he crawled into the small space and disconnected the pipe then ran a new pipe on the opposite side of the wall so that in the future we do not encounter the same problem again (needless to say the wall was not removed.) Lastly the kitchen sink was stopped up, we were previously told it could not be rodded out because there was a tight blockage. Mr. Frelix said the same thing BUT he unblocked it. He dealt with every unexpected challenge. The work, the customer service and the reassurance from him that I he will tell you what is wrong and he will also tell you when you don't need something. I'm feeling so grateful today!

I am a general contractor. I have been using Frelix Sewer and Drain, since 2015. They have installed everything for my company: tankless waters, hot water heaters, hot and cold water lines, bathroom fixtures,and underground plumbing. They are very knowledgeable about their craft! I would recommend this company to do any type of plumbing job for commercial or residential plumbing work.
