Free Mvmt Shop is a warm and welcoming space offering fun and non-judgmental classes. Instructors are encouraging and help participants work at their own pace. The studio is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Classes are so enjoyable that they don't feel like exercise. Free Mvmt Shop has become a go-to spot for workouts and a part of many weekly routines.
