I have referred many small business clients to Framework for their hosted VOIP phone service. The service is very full-featured and it always saves money over legacy solutions. The clients love it!
I will admit I was nervous about switching away from our telephone provider and to the VOIP system Framework was trying to convince me of. Porting phone lines over to another provider, only to find that the service and quality of connection you are receiving does not meet your standards, if a difficult decision to undo. I spent a lot of time researching, testing equipment, understanding the real costs, etc.

From the sales person Adam, to Maggie managing the order, to Chris who came to install and support and Mark who has been supporting / customizing, everything has gone as well as can be expected.
