We had the rudest experience, just calling in to see if we could make a tax appointment. The Mrs. was connected to the owner by a kind lady, and then he immediately asked if I was a marketing firm, and when I said no, he said, “well we don’t deal with those types of firms.” I said “ok..” Then he said he would transfer me back to the front desk to make an appointment. I asked about pricing, and he explained that he can’t give pricing and I may want to go somewhere else because it’s like the doctors who don’t give a price before treat you. I told him I felt his tone was rude and I don't want to work with him and ended the call. I am absolutely shocked at how unprofessional and a service firm could be. You would think a kind and friendly discussion would be smart, people don't know what they're walking away from just by being nasty.
