I have been going to see Cris at Form Follows Fitness for at least 2 years now, and it was the best choice I ever made. She made me enjoy working out with her routines which are very rarely the same. Her positive attitude made me feel like I was in a supportive space. I am stronger than I ever have been due to what I call her 'ninja moves', which is meant as a compliment. I say this because she'll have you do an exercise with a weight, at first it seems simple and easy and you will think you could do this exercise all day with more weight, but you continue with this simple exercise, and you realize your muscle is burning. If you are serious about getting/staying fit this is a great place to do it. The studio is aesthetically pleasing, well maintained, and houses a wide range of equipment (both cardio and strength) allowing for an effective workout with a variation of routine in a pleasant environment. The studio's greatest strength, however, is it's personal trainer (Cris Evaskus). Although the studio is new Cris is a long time personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience all of which she has brought to each and every one of our sessions. Her dedication to her craft and to her clients is admirable and commendable.
