I have been going to Dr. Daisy at Forever Dental on Archer for 3 years. the staff are very friendly, the office is clean. I have very high anxiety and have freaked out so bad it was embarrassing. Dr. Daisy and her team calmed me down even though I wanted to come back and not waste her time. BUT Dr Daisy was not having it, calmed me down, talked and counted down in spurts to get me thru the visit . Dr. Daisy is so nice, gentle and very patient. I have recommended my entire family and they feel the Same!! Her partners are also very good and patient.

I had a great fortune of having Dr. George Frayn (PRECISION DENTAL ARTS) as my dentist in Chicago for a very long time. Unfortunately (for me) he has retired last year. Dr. Frayn highly recommended FOREVER DENTAL clinic on 5738 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. After having several procedures (fillings, extraction, partial denture adjustment, cleaning) done by Dr. Alexander Upwards and Dr. Reshma Dhake and at FOREVER DENTAL, I am delighted with my new clinic. My denture fits perfectly and the filling shade on my front tooth matches my other teeth. The Doctors are very personable, competent, and companionate. They answered all my questions about the procedure beforehand. This helped me feel more comfortable with the procedures. The clinic itself has a pleasant and clean interior. The receptionists speak multiple languages and are very skillful in negotiating with my insurance. Appointments are fulfilled on time. Parking is readily available. All in all, I highly recommend Doctors Upwards and Dhake!!!
