Wonderful experience every time we go! Everyone is always so kind. I always feel refreshed when I leave this place. It's clean and comfortable. I love going here. It's a little hidden gem.

This place is the best kept secret in Chicago. I usually purchase the 60 minute groupon deal but this last time I did 90 minutes. Ever masseuse I have had listens to feedback about my back and neck problems and customizes my massage to my needs. I have paid for more expensive massages and they don't come close. Foot Smile is clean, comfy, and fabulous. I have been so many times and I can't wait to go back.

My 1st reflexology experience! It was nice. But, it wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked. Unlike a massage where you have an individual room, the reflexology is in an open space with multiple beds. Someone in the room was snoring loudly so it was hard to relax. Also, I was not pleased about was the “suggested” tip chart that is posted at the desk. If your experience is not what you expect, patrons should provide the tip they feel appropriate. The clerk should not be pointing out the chart “for next time”.
