Update:

Within a month, new LVP floor already has a soft, bouncy spot at a transition.This is a basic installation issue.

When I reported it, I was told someone would “call within 7 working days.” That kind of delay for a clear workmanship defect is frustrating and not professional.

I expect this to be addressed quickly and correctly, not delayed. I will update this review based on how the issue is resolved.

Great experience replacing our condo flooring. Fast removal of old laminate, careful LVP installation, and clean finish. The team was professional and efficient.
Very happy with the result and would use them again.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Solo and I couldn't be happier with end results as you can see in the before and after pic. From start to finish the process was handled with professionalsm and attention to detail. Solo listened to my ideas while also suggesting smart upgrades that made the space to be utilize efficiently.
