Great massage, the staff is more customer service focused than ever before. There are new faces and the energy is good. Massage is a skill that some are better at than others. I experienced a massage with a person who truly has a gift for massage. The pressure was perfect and so was the technique. I highly recommend you say exactly what your body needs and they will assign the right masseur for your massage. I left there feeling at peace, relaxed and stress free.
I used to go somewhat regularly when I lived in Chicago, even though I didn't live close. This is not a spa massage. It's a Foot Reflexology. If you get the hour, it's a bonus body massage with your clothes on. Highly recomended!
So unless you have a particular issue or sensitive area, they are not going to ask you anything, they just do their thing. The only thing different this time is she asked if I was OK with taking of my shirt and bra after I had flipped on to my stomach.
