They can do really good hair, though they tend to be really unprofessional.While I came for my appointment, someone who also made an appointment as well wanted a certain type of hairstyle. While they approved that they can do the hairstyle for her at the time she scheduled when she actually came to get her hair done they all of a sudden announced they didn't have anyone who could've did that hairstyle. So it was like, why even approve if you weren't going to make sure someone could've came and did her hair? it's misleading.

Quick and fast. Though they are fast, your braids still look very nice and neat. I will return and im really picky about my braids. I shared that i had very sensitive spots in my head and she was very cognizant of that. My braids are secure but they are not pulling super tight. Very pleased indeed.

Even though I had an long wait AND I had to blow dry my own ends to cut frizz...My hair came out nice. Even at 7 days old it looked fresh, but I took it down because I didnt want to lose hair. I would go back
