Got my very first tattoo with Ranae and it was the best first tattoo experience I could have asked for. I was pretty nervous going in and she made me feel super comfortable and walked me through every step, including after care. I did a custom design and the design Ranae came up with was beautiful, even better than I imagined. I’m super happy with how the tattoo came out and was particularly impressed that she had specific colored inks for deeper skin tones. First time to Family Tattoo and it was an excellent experience! Juliana did a custom design for me; she understood- and improved upon- what I wanted and created a great piece for my arm. She is talented and fun to work with. The whole shop is very professional and exudes an awesome vibe, and I am already looking forward to getting my next tattoo there.

Made a last minute decision to get a new tattoo while visiting Chicago. Walked by the door to Family Tattoo and cannot stress how happy I am that I did. Tara was so kind and amazing. Totally recommend this place!
