We've been satisfied Fabian clients fir many years and they've been trustworthy, honest, extremely competent and always charged reasonable rates. A few years ago, Michael Fabian even arranged and handled a warranty claim (which he suggested) and which saved us substantial dollars and aggravation. Most recently Fabian's work assignor, Gail, arranged a same day A/C/ repair in the midst of a heat wave. The work was done and we (and our dog)were very relieved. We highly recommend Fabian & Son to any homeowner for maintenanc, repair and installation of all HVAC needs and worries. They stand by us and provide piece of mind. Michael Silverman

I can't thank Fabian & Sons enough!!! Fabian and Sons HVAC came recommended from the Chicago Bungalow Association Facebook Group. We had an issue with our boiler last week. On Thursday we had our preferred company come out to take a look at it. They charged us $179 and the tech said that it needed some parts as it was beyond his scope to give a quote. We were told that they would have to send a project manager out the next day to take a look. The next morning the project manager came out and said our boiler was done for and he would quote us to replace it. He gave us a quote of $12,500 to replace the unit. I Fabian and Sons around 12:30 on Friday, Gail who answered the phone was super helpful and said she would see if anyone was around to come to take a look. By 1:30 they had someone over at our house taking a look at the unit. We were told we just needed a new pump. They were able to come on Monday with the new pump, service the unit, and fixed a leak by the shut-off valve. We also got a quote for a new unit as well and it was half of what the other company quoted us. It is safe to say that Fabian and Son's is going to be our new preferred company moving forward, thank you again!
