Dr. Lim and Megan are so knowledgeable and caring with my 15 year old minpin. They gave me a few different options with estimates for my dog's cataracts and glaucoma. I've had 4 different visits with them and they have all been helpful for my difficult situation. Tim has been a Rockstar and totally made my last visit the best! I would recommend them to my friends and family. Also, Claudia up front makes the appointment and check in and out process so easy and pleasant. If I had to point out anything not pleasant for me, it would be the pricing. I just wish they were more affordable. Thanks team!
Dr. Gaerig performed bilateral cataract surgery on our dog Daisy in June 2023. She did a wonderful job explaining to us the surgery and operating on Daisy. Dr. Gaerig was very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind to us. Daisy is doing amazing a year out and we are so grateful for Dr. Gaerig and her talented ways. We would recommend her to anyone needing a veterinary ophthalmologist. We can not thank her enough for her compassion and commitment to helping animals see. She is truly a miracle worker. Thank you for helping our sweet Daisy.
We had a great experience at Eye Care For Animals with Dr Gaerig! We were seeking a second opinion, after seeing another veterinary ophthalmologist, and feeling like the examination and explanation were too cursory. Dr. Gaerig came into the exam room, fully knowledgeable about our dog's past medical history, gave him such a warm greeting, and then explained the entire exam, her findings, and her recommendations in detail. She completely put us, and our dog at ease. Although the management is the same as the initial ophthalmologist, the care is much better at Eye Care.
