I am a patient at this location, I was next door at the dentist and I came in to get my referral to the medical side. I needed to use the washroom, I asked if I could use it, I understand there is no public restroom but I told the receptionist Tania that I was a patient for the medical side as well and the dentist next door didn't have the key. She wouldn't let me go in and kept insisting that I couldn't go in. I told her that I really have to go and still didn't let me in. After I asked for my referral she said I didn't have any. I really appreciate my Doctor I have with Esperanza. I feel like he always listens to me and my concerns and will address my needs. The lab is also super quick! The only drawback is the wait time. For all of my in person visits, I've always waited around 1-1.5 hours until I saw my Doctor. My attempt at a solution is try to schedule earlier because I know some people do need more attention than others and hopefully that helps, but all in all, I appreciate the service they provide.I also love my therapist, she is great and the medical assistant I always interact with is great too.

I came here 1 hour before my daughter's appointment and they called her in one hour later to get her weight and height, and then they send us back out to the waiting area cause that they didn't have a room, so I ended up being here for more than two hours smh.
