***credit card fraud*** I would be very careful with sharing your credit card info with this company. I used them a couple of times before and they were ok. But in 03/2020 I scheduled a service with them and at the very last minute (literally an hour before) the person texted that he couldn’t find a cleaner and cancelled. I had to leave early from work to do the cleaning myself for my guest. I thought that was the end of it. But after 13 months, in July of 2021, they charged credit card. So I texted the number and asked about it. Errund said it was a mistake and they were going to fix it but didn’t. Where do I start. Errund never showed up to clean. Never responded to voicemails and emails. Then they charged my credit card not once, but twice....and MONTHS after they failed to show! Errund is nothing but a sham operation. Thieves. Liars. Horrible. Just plain horrible. I will be filing criminal theft charges against "Holly" and the company.
I worked for this messed up company! I missed one appointment by mistake and the second one i missed i was in a car accident! I did 2 cleanings, they took all my money! I used my own cleaning supplies as well as gas to get to these jobs! This company is a Rip off and they need to be shut down. I pretty much worked for free!!
