I started working with Janell when I was recovering from a back injury and my doctor recommended Pilates. I cannot say enough good things about her talent and expertise; she has an intuitive sense about how your body moves and functions. I don't think injuries are her specialty but she was so helpful in my recovery and helped me love Pilates!
