I injured my back and went to numerous western doctors. No one could help me. Heidi at Elemental Health used acupuncture and other remedies. Over the course of the treatment, my back improved immensely. I no longer have any back issues. I am so grateful to Heidi for giving me my life back.

My husband and I have had several massages in very exclusive spas...no one is as amazing as Heidi!!! She is a full body and soul therapist. She has helped heal persistent neck and back pain... She is a skilled acupuncturist. Hot flashes were coming 5-6 times a day...after visiting Heidi and having acupuncture..I haven't had one in days!! A true blessing and great gift for anyone in pain or needing a moment to relax and rejuvenate!

By far the best full body massage I have ever received. I had a back sprain several months ago so I have lots of residual tightness. Heidi targeted those areas with the perfect amount of pressure, checking in frequently to make sure it was the right amount. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and excited for my next one.
