I've been debating writing a review for years. I'm torn because I've lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and I can't make myself go anywhere else, but holy cow does this place waste my precious time.The mani/pedis are excellent quality unless it's a very busy time in the summer when more temp workers are employed. The issue is that my schedule is unpredictable so I call to see if there is availability for same-day appointments. They *always* say yes and tell me exactly when to come in, and then I *always* end up waiting an HOUR or so(!!!) for someone to help me.. while I slowly go insane trying to get work done on my phone, wondering why on earth they didn't tell me...read full review

Annie is absolutely amazing! I always come to her and walk out incredibly happy. She always knows exactly what I want and has really gotten to know my style and what I like, which is crucial. If you’re looking for a new nail tech, search no further :)

I am a longtime regular at the shop and every experience has been absolutely wonderful. My tech is Annie and she always does great long gel stilettos on me and is extremely professional and super nice to be around. I absolutely adore her vision and nail art. I can’t recommend them enough and get a perfect experience every single time. Annie is amazing on a professional and personal level and I always recommend her.
