I’d give no stars if possible. I filed my taxes at the beginning of March. Usually tax returns don’t take long when it’s direct deposit. I called at the end of March for an update and they were acting like it was my fault the process wasn’t completed from my end because they wanted me to pay the fee a second time which made no sense since I had already completed the process AND PAID at the beginning of March!!! I had a suspicion that they had simply forgotten to send my return to the IRS so I called this week and they confirmed that they had sent my return at the end of March when I was calling for an update. Good place to file taxes , I went there this year and last year to file my taxes and I was happy with how fast and percise my taxes were done . Diffenitly sticking with this location in the years to come!
