Stacie and Nikki are the rare blend of supremely competent and super down-to-Earth, approachable, and kind. They helped us rent apartments in our Logan Square 3-flat several times over the years and recently managed the complex process of selling it. In all capacities they were excellent and helped us navigate the complexities of both renting and selling. They know literally everything about the Chicago real estate market and are total straight-shooters, but also considerate, professional and helpful. Stacie has helped me move apartments twice now and each time has been great to work with. She is very efficient and courteous. She checks in frequently and approaches the entire process with a sense of urgency while maintaining a very calm and positive demeanor. She initially helped me find my first apartment in the city while I was living out of state. She had no issues doing virtual tours and was always available and willing to answer my questions. She will be an honest and driven advocate for you during your search. She has made my life easier twice now, and I’ll be returning for her assistance the next time.
