While very inexpensive, this rundown neighborhood nail "joint" ( I can't call it a salon) is simply not a pleasant experience if you're looking to relax. The sisters have no understanding or care of how annoying it is to have the tv blasting in another language, and to be practically screaming at each other in a different language in front of clients. Some clients watch videos loudly on their cellphones with no remarks from the owners. One sister understands few words in English- manicure or pedicure - and is impossible to converse with when the other sister is not there. This is very difficult when their credit card machine fails, or when you ask a question. The owner, the older sister, is often brash with clients, yelling answers which are difficult to understand because of the language barrier. This is not relaxing I after a long day at work. I give up on this place after being a longtime client.

If I didn't have to give one star I wouldn't! Some rude little lady didn't sanitize her products. When I asked her if they were clean she got offended and became sarcastic. Every time she started using a different tool she would say "is this clean?" Like that's your job ma'am. I said I just wanted to address a situation that's all. She kept doing it anyway and I didn't even finish my nails. I HAD to leave. Don't go if you want to feel like a bother asking for good service. Plus the blasting of Asian tv and overkill on the incense... I see why there was only one employee there.

Worst place ever. My nails are super bumpy. Sloppy. Messy. They even made my sister file her own nails. Don’t recommend. Have to fix them and clean them myself. 0/10 don’t waste money here. I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR THE GLITTERServices: Acrylic nails
