Had an original Note 9 with a battery that would no longer last all day so I decided to get a replacement battery. I called 3 places that said they didn't have the battery in stock. When I called Direct Phone Fix, they confirmed the battery was in stock, quoted the cost, and that it would take 40 minutes to complete the job. I said I would be right over.

Listen, look, and understand… this guy cares and brings that sense of care through service. I have been through three times in the last year. Each visit was 20 minutes or less and my laptop, phone, or charger issue was resolved. Give thanks, much appreciated.

Amazing service. I brought in my MacBook with water damage they repaired it with a day. Once they cleaned up the water residue and put it on charge it started working. They didn’t even charge me. Very friendly. I would recommend this place.
