There is nothing good about this practice. Dr. Drake was good while she was there, but she is not there any more. Our current frustration concerns their procedure for releasing medical records. Despite multiple requests for the office to release my wife's medical records to our current provider, they have not done so. They insist on trying to have us pay a vendor in Florida to print the medical records and send them on. This makes no sense. The records would be sent (presumably electronically) to the vendor, who would then print them on paper and mail them from Florida to Chicago, instead of just electronically releasing the records in the first place. At this stage, our frustration isn't even with the charge that would be required for this service, we are frustrated that my wife cannot get her own medical records without going through a third party vendor located out of state, which defies logic and decency. Based on our experience, we would recommend that you look elsewhere.

Went there for my 1st appointment to establish care and confirm pregnancy. My appointment was at 2:00pm arrived at 1:45 as requested to fill out new patient paperwork. when I arrived, the lady at the front desk was on the phone did not acknowledge me. Waited standing for 10 minutes before the receptionist even acknowledge my existence. After filling out, new patient information I sat in the waiting area an hour until I was called. Spoke with the nurse then the nurse practitioner came in. She chatted with me for about five minutes. The worst, rushed, and uncomfortable new patient appointment I've ever experienced in my life. Don't go there. They don't care they just want to collect money. I spent more time going over cost than I talking about the care of me and my baby.

Saw this recently and it is the exact experience I had with Dr. Robin Drake. Don't waste your time ladies! Still stand by my original review from 2019. And yes, I got time this morning.
