Mr. Craig Diamond was courteous and very understanding. He addressed all of our issues and concerns in a timely manner. If any reason should surface, in which we are not happy, he promised to send his crew back out to take a look and fix whatever is needed if anything.

The Diamond team was excellent to deal with for my replacement windows. They were able to provide competitive pricing and break down the costs so I could have some windows installed now and some later. The install team was on time each day and cleaned up after the job was done. They did a great job and the house looks so much better after they finished!
