Well, I normally don't leave Yelp reviews, but since this place's rating is so low I feel compelled to describe my experience which is overall positive. I've suffered from frequent migraines since I was 18 or 19, so about 10 years. For the first five years or so, it would usually take me out for about 24 hours. Usually, after a night of sleep, it would be gone. But as time went on, they got worse. It went from 24-hour migraines to 48-hour migraines, then 72-hour migraines, then sometimes even longer. I have chronic migraines and Dr. Diamond was able to give me relief after an initial evaluation and a 10 day inpatient stay at St. Joseph’s. It hasn’t gone completely away. But i now have parts of my life back at 21 that I never thought I would and I have her and the amazing nurses and tech at the hospital to thank. I recommend her to anyone that i come in contact with that has chronic migraines all the time. She is truely my hero.
I have been a patient of Dr. Urban for well over 10 years. He is awesome! The staff, on the other hand, are rude, non-responsive and difficult to deal with. This has been a consistent problem from the beginning and I am considering trying to find another physician outside of the DHC. I drive 5 hours for each appointment- and there is no consideration regarding that whatsoever.
