I want to give a Big Thanks Dee Westside for taking my call about my daughter. She had the biggest matted knot in her hair. I just wanted to cry n cut her hair off. But she gave me some instructions, on how to try to do it ourselves and if not we can go in n they will try their best to it. So we wouldn't have to cut my baby hair. I came in and the place was nice and within 15mins they began my hair with two ladies which made it a little faster and now that the other woman is on my hair she is very heavy handed my hair is not nappy it's very thin and straight once she finishes I will let her know she is doing a good job but her hands are too heavy and she braids too tight that is what breaks the hair not help to grow it
