As a new hire currently working for Crowe, Crowe is awesome! People here are really nice, willing to help you immediately. I really learn a lot of things in Crowe. 24th floor is great, amazing monitors, height-adjusted table, comfortable chairs. Office provides free beverages, coffee and snacks. And sometimes free lunch. Life in Crowe is great. They do focus on W/L balance, even though ppl in busy seasons are really busy——that’s the problem of all the accounting firms.
