What cleaners do you know requires you to pay in full before receiving the service of cleaning your clothes? I’m almost certain I paid half last time I visited but this time, the lady at the front was super unaccommodating in more ways than one. Will be my last time visiting.

The customer service and a lack of professionalism to whoever that is that answers the phone I'm good I will never visit this establishment again. Totally unprofessional as hell!

The quality of service and attention to detail for my clothes was terrible. I had 6-8 shirts cleaned there and they messed up everyone of them. One of my shirts was custom made and when I got it back the cuff was scorched and ruined. There were discolorations, fades on the cuffs and collars and all my shirts are either shrunk or scorched and discolored. The level of customer service and concern for damaging my expensive clothes was unacceptable. The manager kept trying to explain away the facts as opposed to taking responsibility for poor service. I will never use that cleaners again in life!!!! I'm not sure how they stay in business. I had a comforter cleaned... read full review
