Harold was great to work with and pretty responsive when we had questions about timing. He came out to our home to talk through different pricing options and show window examples which was very helpful as someone who knew very little about the process. The quote he gave us was good so we moved forward - the only bummer was that the actual installation was pretty delayed due to covid, but when they were finally able to install, it was amazingly quick, not messy at all, and the windows look great now!

I needed windows for my entire house, which was wonderful. I'd had other estimates from other big companies. I received a good price. Harold Fischer explained every thing that would done and it was done to my satisfaction. His crew was professional,courteous, and timely. I'll use him again for my next project. We were shopping for new windows and came across Creative Exteriors. Someone came out and was very helpful and VERY honest. He spoke to us and explained how we did not need to pay for extras that were not needed. We thought our gutters were bad but he took the time, checked them out and told us we could simply fix a few things and they would be fine. New gutters were not needed. We could not afford to do the entire house so he gave us a quote for the 2 largest windows. The estimate was very fair so we decided to proceed with the order. The next person that came out measured the space and a few weeks later the windows came. The men that put the windows in did a great job. Very clean and they worked great together. We love our windows and have received compliments on them. We hope to be able to complete the rest of the house by fall. Already see a difference with this bad winter season. Great company I would use them as one of your estimates for sure!
