I called Marc as I have a custom built PC and for about 2.5 years, it wasn’t working and I was never able to fix it myself.He diagnosed the problem, and kept me in the loop throughout the process of what to do, what he recommended, and followed my guidance and expectations as well.Truly, I would go nowhere else. It’s hard to find someone that’s trustworthy and capable, especially for expensive equipment.While I was worried at first, worry no more. I own a small business and on a Sunday morning one of my staff members called and said our computer had stopped working and would not turn on.
