They have treated my pup since I relo’d to Chicago/River North two years ago. Every interaction has been above & beyond. The ability to get an appt within one hour of calling due to a paw injury was stellar!
Cosmo, Dr. Bryant and Alex truly exceeded my expectations. They were so accommodating to the time our pet needed to be seen. They were gentle, calm and very thorough with the exam. Dr. Bryant/Cosmo explained everything and was sooo helpful with the treatment of our pet. Overall wonderful experience.
Has gone way down hill. They have a whole team of very young, inexperienced vets. The last one I saw told me my dog's bloodwork showed he likely needed emergency gallbladder surgery and required additional expensive X-rays. She also listened to his heart and told me he had a grade 4 heart murmur. He had never been diagnosed with even a low grade murmur in all his previous, regular visits. She told me he would need to be on heart medication the rest of his life, so, of course, I started googling the life expectancy of grade 4 murmurs and freaked out. I spent the next 2 hours crying, as I was also expecting him to be heading to the emergency vet now for gallbladder... read full review
