I recently brought a mattress topper (cotton shell, wool insert) to Clean As A Whistle Cleaners. It was a very big, bulky item and I wasn't sure about getting it cleaned as it was pretty expensive. After dropping it off I received a call from the owner saying that they are going to clean it and air dry it to minimize shrinkage although it might still shrink about 10 to 15%. I said that I understood the risk. He also told me it would take more time to clean - no problem. Well I picked it up packed in a nice plastic zippered case and it turned out like it was brand new and zero shrinkage. Good job with dry cleaning and laundering, bad job with pressing. More than half of my dress shirts came back with deep wrinkles pressed into them, which is disappointing because a good press and light starch the only reason I bring them to a dry cleaner.

Clean as a Whistle is my go-to cleaners in the West Loop! The owner is always so friendly and has great service and price for the area. She's also hemmed/tailored a few things for me as well. Highly recommend!
