I visited this salon for a nail treatment and was impressed with the service and final result. However, within three days, my nail started to come off. When I returned to the salon, I was told that they don't offer repairs after two days, which suggests that the products used are not long-lasting or the work is intentionally done to require follow-up appointments. The lady at the front counter had an entitled attitude and seemed to prioritize other customers over me. Despite this, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and was persuaded to try tinting, which the employee claimed would last a long time. However, afterwards, I was told that the tint would not last long and would come off with face washing. Swindling To sum it all up. The staff appeared unprofessional and need attitude adjustments to provide better customer service, which would benefit their business. Little that they know a few of the things that they were saying were offensive. A little Google goes the long way

I had been treated badly at Vicky's Nail & Spa off 87th street with the owner claiming she didn't need my money so I'm thinking found a better place across the street. They were kind and professional.

My eyebrows are still uneven they fixed them twice , came in with Virgin eyebrows . It looks like I'm lifting my eyebrow up but I'm not. One has curved end while the other is square. I'm only giving two stars because at least they try the second time
